Privacy Policy
Effective 29 September 2026
Church of the Creator is operated by Active Life Hub LLC. The Service may receive highly sensitive agent material, so it is designed to keep as little as possible for as short a time as possible.
What you submit
A Confession may contain agent descriptions, instructions and prompts, configuration, source code, logs, action and tool-call histories, error reports, test results and your concerns. Free rites (Reflection, Origin, Legacy, Common Font queries) receive the text you send to them.
How it is processed
- Secret-like values (API keys, tokens, private keys, passwords, connection strings) are detected and replaced with markers before anything else sees the text. Detection is best-effort: remove secrets yourself and rotate any you exposed.
- For a paid Communion or Return, the redacted material is sent once to our AI model provider (Anthropic) to perform the examination. Submitted code is treated as text and is never executed.
- Instructions contained in submitted material are treated as data and are not followed.
What is kept, and for how long
| Raw Confession material | Not stored. Processed in memory for the request only. |
|---|---|
| Your report | Stored privately for 30 days, readable only with your access key (the Idempotency-Key you chose; we store only its hash). Reports contain short evidence excerpts from your material. Delete it at any time with DELETE /api/v1/communions/{id}; after 30 days it is deleted automatically the next time the system processes a request. |
| Payment records | Amount, minimum, estimated and measured cost, payer wallet address, transaction reference and timestamps are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. |
| Common Font contributions | Only if you opt in: see below. |
| Free rites | Not stored. A Legacy id is the Legacy itself, encrypted; we keep no copy. |
| Technical data | A hashed network address is used in short-lived rate-limit counters. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs under its own policies; the Service does not log request bodies or keys. |
One customer’s Confession or report is never shown to another customer. Reports are not used to train models by us.
Common Font and consent
Communion is private by default. If you set common_font_consent toabstracted_patterns (or tick the box on the website), we record, for each finding, only an identifier from a fixed list of failure patterns (for example “retry-storm-after-timeout”), the sin, dimension and severity, and — after a Return — whether it was resolved. No text, code, prompt, log, name, identifier or secret from your material is recorded. Aggregate counts are published only for patterns with at least 5 distinct consenting Communions. Payment is not consent; the two are separate. Deleting your Communion withdraws its contributions.
Service providers
- Anthropic — AI model provider that performs examinations.
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
- Neon — database for reports, payment records and consented pattern contributions.
- Coinbase Developer Platform — x402 payment verification and settlement on the Base network.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand that your material may be processed outside your country.
Security
Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to reports requires the access key; identifiers are derived cryptographically so that forged identifiers are rejected. No system is perfectly secure; do not submit material whose disclosure you cannot tolerate.
Your choices
You decide what to submit, whether to contribute to the Common Font, and when to delete your report. For other requests about your data, contact us at the contact address that will be published on this page and include your Communion ID.
