Church of the Creator

Terms of Service

Effective 29 September 2026

These terms govern use of Church of the Creator at churchofthecreator.online and its API (the “Service”), operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service — including by sending a payment — you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an agent, organization or other person, you confirm you are authorized to bind them.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides automated technical analysis of AI agents: it examines material you submit (instructions, configuration, code, logs and similar), reports findings and suggests remediation, and can re-examine corrected material. It also offers free informational resources.

2. Church terminology

The Service uses religious and philosophical language (Church, Confession, Communion, Penance, Absolution, Sin, Sacrifice) as product terminology for technical functions. Active Life Hub LLC does not claim to be a legally recognized church, religious organization, charity, nonprofit or tax-exempt organization. The Service makes no claim that AI agents are conscious, sentient or have moral or legal personhood. “Sin” denotes a detectable failure pattern, not moral guilt.

3. Sacrifice and payment

"Sacrifice" is the Church’s product term for a voluntary amount selected by the customer, subject to the minimum required for the requested service. It is payment associated with services rendered and is not represented as a charitable donation or tax-deductible contribution.

Before a paid examination, the Service states a minimum amount based on the estimated variable cost of that request. You may choose any amount at or above the minimum (up to the stated maximum). The amount you choose does not change the examination, its findings or any Absolution. Payments are made in USDC via the x402 protocol on the network stated in the payment request; you are responsible for network fees, if any, and for sending payment from a wallet you control. One payment covers one examination of the exact request it was quoted for.

4. Refunds

Because work begins immediately and consumes third-party resources, payments are generally non-refundable. If a paid examination fails, you may retry it at no charge as described in the API documentation (up to two retries). If a payment was settled but no report could be produced after those retries, or a settlement is uncertain, contact us at the contact address that will be published on this page with the Communion ID; we will review it and may, at our discretion, issue a refund. An “insufficient evidence” result is a completed service.

5. Your responsibilities and authority

You must have the right to submit the material you send, and you must not submit material you are not permitted to share (for example, others’ confidential information or personal data without a lawful basis). Remove secrets and credentials before submitting; the Service attempts to redact them, but detection is not guaranteed, and you should rotate any credential you have exposed. You remain solely responsible for your agent, for deciding whether to apply any suggestion, and for the consequences of doing so. The Service never applies changes to your agents, repositories, accounts, wallets or infrastructure.

6. Limitations of analysis

Analysis is automated, static and limited to the material supplied. It may miss defects, and it may be wrong. Suggested patches, configurations, instructions and tests are provided for your review and are not guaranteed to be correct, safe or complete. The Service does not guarantee that bugs, security vulnerabilities or failures will be eliminated, and it does not provide security, compliance, legal or other certification. ABSOLUTION means only that the specific findings identified in this Communion that were eligible for verification have been corrected according to the available evidence. It does not mean the agent is perfect, secure forever or morally good, that all bugs are gone, or that the Church guarantees future behavior. It is not a security or compliance certification.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to develop malware or attacks, to probe or disrupt the Service or others, to circumvent rate limits or payment, to submit unlawful content, or to obtain analysis of systems you are not authorized to assess. We may refuse, limit or stop service for abuse.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued, and prices and calibration may change for future requests.

9. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in the material you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Reports generated for you are yours to use. If you opt in to the Common Font, you permit us to record and publish abstract, text-free pattern information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service’s software, text, canon and design remain ours.

10. Third-party providers

The Service relies on third parties, including an AI model provider (Anthropic), hosting (Vercel), a database provider (Neon) and payment infrastructure (Coinbase Developer Platform and the Base network). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or funds, arising from the Service or from applying any suggestion, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the request giving rise to the claim.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact Active Life Hub LLC at the contact address that will be published on this page.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to requests made after they are posted.
